REVIEW:
You can’t till at full depth on the first pass with this Troy-Bilt tiller. The tires don’t have enough grip. 2-3″ is tops. On the second pass you can get down to full depth. The engine has plenty of power and will work as well at idle speed as full speed – just a little slower. The tilling speed could be faster and combined with the 14″ width, tilling a 20×20′ piece of ground takes about 15 min.
If you have a small garden or just need to till between rows, this is perfect. And like most Troy-Bilt tillers, the engine, tines and transmission look like they will last quite a while.
